Meet Information
The 10th annual Run for the Roses 3200 will be held at Ballard High School on Saturday, May 3, 2024, beginning at 8:00 AM.
The 3200 will be the only event contested, and the meet should take just over an hour. The girls championship race will be run at 8:00 AM. The boys championship race will be run at 8:15 AM. The remaining heats, beginning at 8:30 AM, will be mixed gender, with male and female athletes seeded by time.
This is a FREE event with unlimited entries. You are welcome to bring your whole distance group if you would like. The more runners, the deeper the races, and the faster everyone runs. This could be used as a culminating race for your JV athletes or a pre-regional tuneup for your varsity athletes.
There will be awards for athletes finishing 1st (Win), 2nd (Place), and 3rd (Show) in each gender.
