2024 KOVCCT Championship Meet
The 2024 KOVCCT Championship meet will be held at Grayson Sports Park on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. This meet is only open to teams in the KOVCCT.

Meet Schedule:
This meet will follow a rolling schedule beginning with Girls Elementary at 5:00 PM. We will start one race right after another, that way it does not get dark before the varsity races. Here are the estimated times:
Girls Elementary (6th & Under) 1.1 Mi: 5:00 PM
Boys Elementary (6th & Under) 1.1 Mi: 5:20 PM
Girls Middle School 2 Mi: 5:40 PM
Boys Middle School 2 Mi: 6:05 PM
Girls Varsity 5K: 6:30 PM
Boys Varsity 5K: 7:05 PM
Awards:
Varsity: 1st & 2nd Place team trophies and medals to the top 10 finishers in each race. These awards will be presented at the spring banquet.
Elementary & Middle School: 1st & 2nd Place team trophies and medals to the top 10 finishers in each race. These will be awarded at the KOVCCT meet, NOT the spring banquet.
Fees:
Varsity:$50 per boys team/$50 per girls team (Make checks payable to KOVCCT)
Elementary/Middle School:$40 per boys team/$40 per girls team/$10 per individual athlete (Make checks payable to East Carter Cross Country)
Additional Information: Bus and spectator parking will be by the Grayson Sports Park baseball fields. Additional bus parking only, will be available at ECMS. Concessions will be sold. Team tent area is behind the East Carter Middle School softball field and is easily accessed from the park. There will be a $5 gate fee for spectators.
