Email team roster by Monday to: fmiklavcic@aol.com - your athlete will re-use the same number at all of our meets. Write the number on the top of the right hand with a black marker. We may ask for assistance to manage field events, the more help we receive the more efficient we become.
CHECK IN TIME- your athletes needs to be standing at the 100 meter starting areas at least one event before their running event.
ORDER OF RUNNING EVENTS:
1. 100 hurdles (white starting line, black mark on track for hurdle location, on bottom notch)
2. 100 meters (white starting line)
3. 4x200-meter relay (white starting line, 1st & 2nd exchange zones are red to red, 3rd exchange zone yellow to yellow.
4. 1600 meter run (water fall starting line / may be run B&G together)
5. 400 meter relay (white starting line / exchange zones are yellow to yellow)
6. 400 meter dash (white starting line / depending on # of participants, we may run use the waterfall)
7. 800 meter run (waterfall starting line)
8. 200 meter dash (white starting line at 3rd turn)
9. 4x400 meter relay (white starting line, blue-exchange zones)

Long Jump Open Pit: Boys and Girls at the same time
High Jump: Boys 1st Girls 2nd
Shot Put: Boys 1st Girls 2nd
Discus: Girls1st Boys 2nd
Tentative: Turbo Jav / Pole Vault / 300 Hurdles/ Triple Jump: we will contest these events, depending on number of volunteers to manage the events.
