Online Registration Instructions
We look forward to hosting an fun and fast invitational meet here at Bryan Station High School. Cost is $75 per team ($150 for both boys and girls.)
- Please make sure you send your entry fee ($75 per gender) to Bryan Station High School at 201 Eastin Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. You can bring the check with you if it can not be mailed in time. You can add a B team for an additional cost.
Coaches meeting 9:40 am at the Finish Line
Implement and Pole Vault Weigh-ins will occur at the Pole Vault area beginning at 9:00 am
Pole Vault will start at 9:15am
Adapted Field Event will begin approximately at 9:30 am

Switch after corresponding gender finishes events
THE TRACK WILL CLOSE FOR WARM-UPS at 10:30 am (make 1st Call for 3200m Relay)
Running Events will begin at 10:45 am (Events will be contested on a rolling schedule)

- Tickets at the gate. The cost will be $5.
- Team tents may be put in any grassy area but not in the bleachers or on the field. There is space by the concession stand, the away bleachers, and the sides of the track.
- We will open the facility to teams around 8:00 AM.
- We will try to seed the meet as accurately as possible. Please make sure you have entered accurate times for athletes. You can scratch/add at the line or event, but they will run in the heat/lane of the athlete that they are replacing.
- 4 attempts, no finals on field events. Boys shot, Girls disc, Boys long, Girls triple, girls high will be the starting field events. Boys and girls Pole Vault will compete together.
- Team awards for the top 2 boys and girls teams on the day
- Individual awards for the top 6 athletes in each event. Medals for 1-3 and ribbons for 4-6
- Unified events can be added as needed, please just email me to let me know you need those entered.
