Online Registration Instructions

Location - West Jessamine Track and Field Complex - 1400 Wilmore Road, Nicholasville, KY.

Parking - Buses may park on the loop between Rosenwald Dunbar Elementary School and West Jessamine Middle School. There are parking spaces available at both schools, as well as on the grass hill between the schools. 

Admission - Gate will open at 5:00. Admission is $10 for adults. Students (Ages 5-18) is $5. Ages 5 and under are admitted free. Cash and Venmo will be accepted at the gate.

Track will open for warmups at 5:15.

Implement weigh-in will be near the concession stand. Pole vault weigh-in will be at the event.

Total fee is $150 per school, regardless if participating or not. 

Field Events will begin at 6:00 PM. Track events will begin at 6:15 PM.

Jumps/Throws will be 4 jumps/throws with no finals.

All field event participants will be given 4 jumps or throws and all running events will be run as a final with the fastest entry times running the first heat.  The LJ, TJ, Shot Put, & Discus will have 60 minute open pits for the 4 attempts.
Each team may enter two (2) individuals in each event.  Each team may enter one (1) relay team.  You may substitute an athlete at the line provided a number has been assigned.  Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

The following will be the order of field events:

Boys Shot Put followed by Girls

Girls Discus followed by Boys

Girls Long Jump followed by Boys

Boys Triple Jump followed by Girls

Girls High Jump followed by Boys

Boys Pole Vault followed by Girls

All CKC schools have been assigned to cover the following duties at the meet:

  • Long jump: Danville and Rockcastle County, Garrard County
  • Triple jump: Lincoln County and Mercer County
  • High Jump:  Burgin and East Jessamine
  • Pole vault: Woodford and Lafayette
  • Shot: Franklin County and Boyle County
  • Discus: Bourbon County and Anderson County
  • Hurdles: Shelby County, West Jessamine
  • Exchange zones: Henry Clay and Danville Christian Academy
  • Blocks and runners: West Jessamine
  • Jury of Appeals - Josh Clardy (East Jessamine), Jose Pope (Lincoln Co.), Lynn Flach (Mercer Co.)
