MEET: Beat the Heat

FEE: No fee, but bring your own drinks and towels
LOCATION: Woodford County Park, also known as Falling Springs Arts & Recreational Center 275 Beasley Road, Versailles, KY 40383-8831

ADMISSION: $ 6.00 for Adults, $4.00 for Students, Children 10 and under are free.

RACE TIMES:
- 5:30 - Coaches Meeting under the Concession Stand Pavilion
- 6:00 - Combined Boys/Girls K-2 Elementary 1500m
- 6:20 - Girls 3-5 Elementary 1500m
- 6:50 - Boys 3-5 Elementary 1500m
- 7:00 - Middle School Girls 2500m run (1.55 miles)
- 7:25 - Middle School Boys 2500m run (1.55 miles)
- 7:50 - Mixed HS 2.25 Mile Run
Woodford County Fire Department hoses get turned on after each race!
DISTANCE: Elementary- 1500m Middle School- 1.55 miles High School- 2.25 miles
TEAM SIZE: Unlimited entries
UNIFORM: No uniform rule, but appropriate running attire is required
Entries through KyMilesplit by August 16th. Please bring any additions/corrections to your roster to the meet and we will take care of those issues then. Late entries will not be accepted.
Concessions: A small concession stand will be available in the pavilion.
***Please keep runners and spectators away from the railroad tracks (Bluegrass Railroad Museum)***We invite all spectators to watch the races at various areas along and near the course, however, please remind your parents/fans and other non-competing athletes to be aware of their presence while cheering the runners and not to impede any runner from any team.
