Tyson & Trinity Gay Invitational: Lafayette Last Chance 2023

Entries close at 9pm on Wednesday, May 10th. 

Instructions: www.milesplit.com/pages/Online_Meet_Reg_InstructionsFaxed or written entries will not be accepted. Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. They will also be available in the packets handed out at the coaches meeting. 

Where: Lafayette High School, 401 Reed Lane, Lexington, KY 40503

Start Time: Coaches Meeting 9:45am, Field Events: 10:00am, Track Events: 11:00am

Field events will go in order of: 

Cost: Entry Fee is $75 per team (boys and girls will count as two teams). Please make checks payable to Lafayette Track and Field and mail them to: Lafayette High School attn Alison Dezern / Track and Field 401 Reed Lane, Lexington, KY 40503. You may also bring them on the day of the meet.

Meet Format: Running and field events will be in the regular order on a rolling schedule. Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1

Awards: Are being discussed to determine the best way to distribute and award teams/individuals for their performances. 

Entries: Each team may enter 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team. Athletes may only be entered into 4 events total including relays.

Admission:  Adults $5, students $5, children 5 & under are free.

PARKING: please be aware that there is a JV baseball tournament on the same day here at Lafayette -- parking will be crowded, as we are located in a neighborhood! Please direct buses to enter the school from Springhill Lane on the back side of our stadium, not along Reed Lane.

MERCHANDISE: Fine Designs will be at our meet to sell merchandise -- find them behind the stadium near the baseball field.

Concessions will be sold at the meet -- we accept cash and card.
