SAYRE MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL - THIS MEET HAS BEEN CANCELED, EFFECTIVE 5/14/23
Date: Friday, May 19th, 2023
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 - 9:00pm.
Time: 5:45 pm (Coaches Meeting will be at 5:15 pm at the finish line.)
Location: Henry Clay High School
This meet will be limited to 15 teams and is password protected. Please contact Liz Dietrich (edietrich@sayreschool.org) for the password after registration opens on January 11, 2023.
Cost: The cost is $45 per team. (Boys and Girls are two separate teams).
Please make checks payable to Sayre School and put Sayre MS Invitational in the memo line. Please bring checks to the meet.
Entries: Three (3) athletes per event and one (1) relay teams per event. 4 events maximum per athlete. MileSplit will be used for all entries.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Awards: 1st - 3rd place finishers will receive medals. 4th - 6th place finishers will receive Ribbons. Team trophies will be awarded to the top scoring Girls and Boys team.
Running Events: Regular order of events.
Field Events: All field events will be finals with 3 attempts. All rounds following round #1 will be on a rolling schedule. We will not contest the Pole Vault or Turbo Jav.
Admission will be charged to all spectators at a rate of $5.00 for adults and children 5 and older. Concessions will be available.
