TIMING: Fully Automatic Timing

ENTRY FEE: $15.00 per athlete
Payment must be made online with VISA or MasterCard. On-line entry is at www.COACHO.COM. All entries will be made online (NO MAILING OF ENTRIES). You must pay by credit card online when you enter the meet. NO CHANGES TO ENTRIES WILL BE MADE AFTER 12:00PM JULY 6, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ENTRY DEADLINE: July 4, 2017 11:59 p.m. Online registration at CoachO.com

ADMISSION: $5.00 (children 6 and under free)

AGE: 7-18 (age as of 12/31/17)

TIME: Field events will start at 8:30am. Running events start at 10:00am

COACHS PASSES:
Clubs/teams will receive coachs credentials (passes) based on the following formula:
1-10 Athletes- One (1) Coachs Pass per club
11-20 Athletes- Two (2) Coaches Pass per club
21-30 Athletes- Three (3) Coaches Pass per club
31-40 Athletes- Four (4) Coaches Pass per club
41+ Athletes- Five (5) Coaches Pass per club

AWARDS: Top 3 individuals finishers in each event will receive medals. Top 2 in Relays
All events are timed finals
*Competitors should bring their own implements to be used at Meet
This meet has no membership restrictions- No AAU card and/or USATF card needed.

MISCELLANEOUS: Competitors must supply own implements.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
The meet will run on a rolling schedule moving from youngest to oldest age groups. Girls first, then Boys to follow in each age group.
All races are section time finals. NO PRELIMS
3 jumps/throws for horizontal jumps/throws
Field events will start at 8:30 AM, Running events will start at 10:00AM

RULES: The meet will be ran in accordance with AAU Track & Field Rules

Vendors: Full Concessions will be available at the meet. No outside grills allowed. Athletes/Coaches may bring coolers.
