Location - St. Xavier High School Track

Admission - Free for all spectators and participants! Come cheer on the top 16 male and female milers in KY!

Meet Fee - No meet entry fee 

Qualifiers - All participants must be in grades 9-12 and run for their respective High School.

Information about qualifiers is sent out on the KY Coaches LISTSERV. Standings are updated weekly. The qualifying list is final on May 1, 2022. No changes will be made after that date.

Race distance will be the full mile.

Schedule of Events (roughly):

6:30 PM - Track will open for warmups

8:00 PM - Introduction of Girls Kentucky Dream Mile participants

8:10 PM - Running of the 12th Annual Girls Kentucky Dream Mile

8:20 PM - Girls Kentucky Dream Mile Awards Presentation

8:30 PM - Introduction of Boys Kentucky Dream Mile participants

8:40 PM - Running of the 12th Annual Boys Kentucky Dream Mile

8:50 PM - Boys Kentucky Dream Mile Awards Presentation

All NFHS and KHSAA rules are in effect, including:

Standard team uniform rules

No electronic devices inside the competition area.

Swag - Each runner will receive, as a part of their packet, a t-shirt & race bib with their name on it.

Awards - Top 3 females and males will receive custom awards.
