Friday, March 25 (6:00pm), and Saturday, March 26 (Field 3:00pm, Running 4:00pm)
Hosted by Assumption High School Track & Field (Louisville, KY)
We welcome this year's participants to compete in two afternoons of exciting MS Track & Field action, with an opportunity to compete under the lights in one of our signature events. The meet consists of Elite level competition in a wide number of events, and an additional Open section for teams to run what amounts to their second group of athletes.
Coaches interested in participating in this meet must contact Coach Barry Haworth (bmhaworth@louisville.edu) and request an entry password. Once a password is received, please do not provide that password to other teams. We reserve the right to delete teams from our meet if they provide the meet password to other teams not yet accepted into the meet, or acquire a meet password without our consent.

=======================================================================
ENTRY DEADLINE: 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 22
This is a hard deadline. Once this deadline arrives, all entries are final - No Exceptions (this meet is a significant undertaking, and we need sufficient time to seed races, prepare competitor numbers, etc.). Coaches, please get your entries in early so that you do not have problems submitting before our deadline.
If the meet reaches capacity prior to the entry deadline, then we reserve the right to close entries before that deadline. If the meet closes early, then we will place teams on a (first come-first listed) waiting list and allow them into the meet if room becomes available. Coaches are encouraged to enter the meet as early as possible.
** Each athlete can be entered in the Elite Division and/or Open Division. Note that teams are allowed to enter up to 3 athletes in each Elite Division Event, up to 4 athletes in each Open Division Event, and 1 relay team per each relay event.
** Athletes below 6th grade will be dropped from the meet on March 22 (11:59pm). Coaches will be informed of this via email. If an athlete is dropped, and the athletes grade is listed incorrectly, then we will not add that athlete back into an individual event at the meet.
** Each teams final entry fees is determined by their entries on the day of the entry deadline, and not by the number of athletes who actually participate in the meet.
