MARSHALL COUNTY CROSS-COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

WHEN: Saturday, September 25, 2021

WHERE:  MCHS Campus, located one mile off Exit 47 of the Purchase Parkway on Hwy 68 in Draffenville, KY.  This beautiful course is spectator friendly and home of the 2019 Region I meet for all classes.

WHO:  This meet draws some of the best in-state and out-of-state teams. 

PARKING/Entry Fee: There will be a $5 per car charge.

IF WE HAVE TO HAVE A COVID RESTRICTED MEET:

ALL COVID RESTRICTIONS APPLY. Coaches, parents, and athletes must wear their masks.  Runners must wear them unless warming up/racing, and keep them on until they are on the starting line. FANS MUST STAY A MINIMUM OF SIX FEET FROM THE RACE COURSE.  Please instruct parents to leave as soon as their child is done racing.  Race course access may be limited to parents. Thank you so much for your cooperation.  Please remind your kids and parents this is about being able to race, and in order to race the health and safety of all is our first priority.

ARRIVAL TIME:

Although subject to change, please arrive with your team no more than 1 hour prior to your scheduled WAVE time. After arriving, packets with bib numbers will be at the finish line tent.

SCORING:

The varsity races will be scored using Hy-Tek software.  Runners will be assigned numbers and the numbers MUST be placed on the front of the jersey.  The numbers will contain a barcode which will be scanned into the computer upon finishing.
