We would like to invite you to the 6th Annual Ryan Snellen Bruins XC Rumble which will be held at our home course at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
2021 Region 2 AAA / AA Championship Site
Our meet is named to honor CHHS Hall of Fame athlete Ryan Snellen who still holds several of our school distance records. After graduation in 2002 Ryan became a Belmont Bruin where he continued running thru graduation from Belmont University. Ryan lives in the Nashville area and has continued his successful running career over multiple distances primarily on the roads.

I wanted to send out a note to let everyone know that I've created a REMIND group for our Races we're hosting this year as this would allow me to send a mass message quickly to everyone in order to share maps / information and most importantly any safety items such as weather delay.

This will put you into the group for the Fairgrounds Frenzy and Ryan Snellen. You can opt out at anytime on the Remind or you can direct message me thru the Remind app as well.
For our HS Group we are excited to utilize a full 5K course this year with no looping. We have been working hard on development of an additional 17 acres of property to make this happen. It's not gonna be golf course smooth but we're working the best we can to get it in shape for racing. This will also allow for spectators to view easily the first 2000 meters of the race before making our way along some of our traditional course.

8:05 a.m. We will have a Cancer Survivor / Awareness Walk in corral close to starting line prior to start of races at 8:30 a.m. and welcome anyone who's a survivor or wants to walk in honor of a friend or family member.

WE ARE Wanting to RAISE Cancer Awareness so hopefully if you have some special uniforms or banners please bring them out to the venue!! Money raised for our event will be donated to the:
