KTCCCA Indoor State Track & Field


Due to some Covid restrictions in some Kentucky school

districts and following our procedures from the middle and elementary state

cross country meets,   KTCCCA has decided

to add the ability for "school" clubs and unattached to enter the Indoor State

Championships.    "School" clubs would

have to be those that attend the same school, 

no all star clubs allowed.   Unattached

athletes must attend a school in Kentucky. 

"School" clubs and unattached would not be eligible for awards or team

scoring.   Entry fee is $35.00 per event.   Club discount max per gender is

$125.00.  Club teams may not use school

equipment or uniforms or fees paid by the school.   "School" clubs and unattached would enter

the division (A,AA,AAA, MS) that they would normally be entered in.    Limits on entries for "school" clubs are

two entries per individual event and entry in a relay.   All entries must be done on Milesplit and

there will be a Paypal payment set up for paying entry fees.   Entry deadline has been extended to midnight Sunday, March 7.

NOTE: Remember individuals may not participate in more than 4 events.  Performances for 3000 entries and 4x800 relay must have been achieved between January 1 and March 1, 2021.   Performances must be verifiable on Performances are based on 3000 meter time or equivalent(3200, 2 Mile, etc will be converted). Notification of qualifiers will be emailed & posted by March 2, 2021 for A and AA and Marach 9 for Class A.

RELAYS : We realize that names will change on meet day but do the best you can at getting your names right. Make sure you have anyone who might compete listed as an alternate on the relays. You may list 5 on the relay entry. HIGH SCHOOL ENTRY FEES: This meet will not have a separate fee for the individual entries. One athlete could win this meet if they are talented enough, therefore they must pay the full team entry fee. A boys team entry is $125.00 if received by the entry deadline, if late the entry fee is $225.00. A girls team entry is $125.00 if received by the entry deadline, if late the entry fee is $225.00. Entry fee must be received by March 3 for March 6 meet and March 10 for March 13 meet. Checks delivered on meet day will be considered late. Get your entry fees in NOW. A slow bookkeeper is not an excuse.

Due to COVID facility limitations, at this time there will be no spectators.  If the numbers of athletes are low enough at entry deadline, we may re-evaluate and allow a limited number of spectators.  Do not enter anyone who you know will not be competing.  Meet management reserves to cut off entries at any point depending on the facility limitations.

Along with the entry fee, all coaches that enter the meet must be a current (2020-2021) member of the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association. Middle School Entry fees $100 per girls team, $100 per boys team. Late fee is $100.00. Entry fee must be received by March 10 AND checks received. Checks delivered on meet day will be considered late. Get your entry fees in NOW. A slow bookkeeper is not an excuse.

Middle school includes 5th grade and up only.

Please acquaint yourself with the milesplit online procedures. Entries must be entered by February 27 midnight for Class AA and AAA and March 6 midnight for Middle School and Class A.

Awards: Team awards will be presented to the top 2 teams and will be presented as soon as possible at the end of each division. Individual awards will be medals for the top 3 places and ribbons for the next 5 places.  

Top two per team will score.Scoring: 10 8 6 5 4 3 2 1

General Information: General Admission if available will be limited and will be $10.00 per person.
