Meet Information
Thank you for your interest in the Liberty Hawks Invitational! Meet to be co-hosted by Liberty Elementary Track & Field and Bryan Station High School Track & Field on Saturday May 16, 2020 beginning at 10am. Athletes will compete in divisions of 5th/4th grade, and 3rd grade & under.
Meet Location: Bryan Station High School, 201 Eastin Rd, Lexington, KY 40505
Admission: Adults-$5, Seniors/Students 12-18-$3, 12&under- Free. Concessions will be available supporting Bryan Station Track& Field. Meet t-shirts will also be available.
Entry Fees: may be paid in advance or on meet day
Boys- $50 per team, $10/each for individual runners or teams with less than 5 runners
Girls- $50 per team, $10/each for individual runners or teams with less than 5 runners

Entry Deadline: All entries due by 1am on Tuesday 5/12/2020. Please submit all entries via Milesplit by the entry cutoff. No entry changes will be accepted after this time. If you are not sure if a runner will participate or not, go ahead and enter them into the events they could potentially be in. Addition of runners will not be accepted on meet day, but minimal adjustment of already entered runners will be permitted if necessary. There is a 4 event max/athlete including relays. Please only enter runners in the age division that they belong in (do not enter younger runners into the older age division).
Order of Events (youngest to oldest girls then boys): top 2 individuals/1 relay team score per division

Shot Put (6lb for all)- Boys then Girls
Turbo Jav (300gm)- Girls then Boys
Long Jump- open pit Girls closest to the start/finish line/open pit Boys nearest 100m start line
Divisions: 5th/4th grade, 3rd grade & under
Awards: Awards will be down to 6th place in each division. Medals for first place, ribbons down to 6th place. High point individuals will be recognized for girls & boys in each division. Trophies for 1st place team in each division, and 1st and 2nd place overall team trophy for girls & boys.
