16th ANNUAL RUN FOR THE WATER BARREL

High school, and Elementary races will be combined based on numbers. This is a week day Invitational Meet and has always enjoyed quality competition. Factors such as race numbers, temperature and daylight may affect race start times.
Over the years local colleges have participated in a 5K race (Womens) and 8K (Mens) on the coarse such as Morehead State, Pikeville College, Alice Lloyd College, Midway and Asbury College.
As always the meets will be contested at Lykins Park in Winchester Kentucky, site of multiple Regional Championships over the past two decades. We invite all to Winchester for some healthy competition over the rolling hills of Lykins Park. Approximately 80% of our course is easily viewable by the coaches and fans.

5:15 p.m. Elementary Girls (6th grade and under)
5:30 p.m. Elementary Boys (6th grade and under)
6:00 p.m. Combined Middle School Girls & Boys (8th grade and under)-4k race
6:20 p.m. Girls Varsity - 5k
6:50 p.m. Boys Varsity - 5k

Entry fee: $50.00 per team awards may vary depending on size of field. Girls & boys are separate teams. Maximum charge of $150.00. Entries shall be online via milesplit. Entry deadline will be Sunday at 10pm Sept 8th, 2019.
