Meet will be held at our resurfaced 6 lane track at Covington Catholic High School. We will be contesting all events EXCEPT pole vault. Otherwise it will be a standard order of events.
Schools are limited to 4 entries per event and 1 relay.
Each athlete can only compete in a maximum of 4 events.
Throws and jumps will be 4 attempts, no finals.
Starting heights for high jump will be discussed at the coaches meeting.
For field events, we will run the boys and girls long jump together.
Same for TJ.
First round of field events will be: long jump, girls discus, boys shot, girls high jump.
Second round field events will follow the completion of the first round.
Long jump and Triple Jump will each be open pit for one hour.
The meet will begin at 4:30 The coaches meeting will be held at 4:00 at the finish line.
The meet will be scored to six places, with no awards
Entry fee will be $50 per team. Individual athletes will be $5. Boys and girls teams count separately for entry fee.
