Meet Information
Date: March 22, 2019.
Place: Bourbon County High School. Time: Track Opens @ 4:30 PM; Coaches meeting @ 5:00 PM; Meet starts @ 5:30 PM.
Bourbon County invites you to their medley relays; all events contested will be relays including 4x100 mixed hurdle relay (this one should be real fun), 4x100, 4x mixed distance medley, 4x200, 4xMixed Medley, Throwers relay, 4 x Distance Medley Relay, 4x Mixed 4x200 Relay. Long jump, discus, high jump, and shot will combine two athletes scores for results. This year we would like to introduce a mixed pole vault to our relays, we will score male and female score for results.
Order of events
Bourbon County has a new rubberized 8 lane track with concessions available and public restrooms. Admission will be $5.00/adult, $3.00/student. We will use traditional scoring; based on number of schools we plan to allow 2 relay teams per event per school. Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd per event/team; trophies for overall 1st and 2nd team. Entry fee is $50.00/team (boys = 1 team, girls = 2). Last year, this meet proved to be more fun than any track meet, we hope to see your team there.
