Where: Bernie Keene XC Course at Nelson County High School, 1070 Bloomfield Road, Bardstown KY 40004
The Bernie Keene Cross Country Invitational at Nelson County High School is a celebration of the life and times of Mr. Bernie Keene, and the killer cross country course that bears his name. And puppies.
Our course is a challenging 2.5K loop of rolling hills. Its not ridiculous hard, but its hard, and true cross country, not some golf course or walking path in the city park. But its no corn field either. Runners who like a challenge love it, and coaches appreciate the 2 laps so they can compare split times. Its a good run.

6:00 PM Girls HS 5K Unlimited $25/school
6:45 PM Boys HS 5K Unlimited $25/school
Awards: Medals go to the top 3 individuals in each race, with trophies to top two team
winners of each race.
Registration: Deadline is 11:59 PM Sunday, September 10. Send entry rosters via Hy-Tek Meet Manager to Dan Bradley at dan.bradley@nelson.kyschools.us, or complete the easy online registration at KYMilesplit. Please drop me a quick note of the teams coming so I can plan accordingly, even if rosters dont come until closer to deadline.
