Bath County: Middle School TF Meet
Bath County High School Track & Field extends an invitation to you to compete in the 1st ever Bath County: Middle School Track & Field Meet on our newly resurfaced 8 lane track. Please submit your entries to http://ky.milesplit.com/meets/257236/info#.WI-LaFMrKM8. This meet will allow 5 Entrees per Individual Events & 2 Teams per each Relay Race. No additional B Teams. We will also run the 100m, 400m, & 800m Elementary Events. Faxed or written entries will not be accepted. Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. Events will be as listed below and following the events schedule of the KTCCCA Middle School State Championship.

Time: Track will open for warm-ups at 5:00pm. Coaches meeting 5:45pm
Track Events 6:00pm, Field Events 6:00pm. Rolling Schedule.
Facility: An eight-lane, rubberized, 400-meter track with lights & a large bleacher area.
A small grassy area for tents (No Tent in the bleachers)
Concession will be available by the BC Track Booster Club.
Public restrooms will be available but no dressing rooms or showers.
Admission: Cost: Adults $5. Students $2. Age 5 and under Free
Events: All MS standard events will be offered including pole vault
Elementary Events: 100m, 400m & 800m
Entries: Upload team entries NLT 11:59 p.m., April 14 on ky.milesplit.com under Bath County: Middle School Meet.
Maximum of 5 entries in each individual event and 2 relay per team.
Field events are limited to 3 attempts. 4 Event Max.
Scoring: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (Depending on number of teams present)
Top 2 Individual & top Relay from each team score.
Entry Fees: Entry Fee is $50 per team (boys and girls will count as two teams).
Schools with fewer than 5 runners in either gender can enter athletes for $5 each or $20 per relay. Elementary athletes are $5 per athlete per event.

Awards: There will be team awards for the 1st and 2nd place: Girls and the Boys. Medals will be awarded to the top finisher in each event with ribbons for 2nd through 8th.
Clerking: (Rolling Schedule) Girls followed by Boys. Check-In for all Running Events will be at the 100 Meter start line.
Field Events will Check-In at the event site.
