Meet Information
When: Saturday, March 29, 2014 (all times CST)
Where: Carroll Traylor Stadium on the campus of Marshall County High School. A 7 lane rubberized track with long and triple jump pits.
Take I 24 to the Purchase Parkway, Draffenville exit. Turn towards Hardees. Go straight through the two stoplights. Continue straight until you see the Marshall County High School sign.
Time: 10:30 AM Coaches meeting at finish line/timing tent area.
11:00 AM Field Events and Girls & Boys 3200 M Relays
11:30 AM Running Events (rolling schedule)
Timing: Timing will be done with FinishLynx Automatic Timing. A Time Tech Sprint 8 will be used as backup.
Entries: ***All KENTUCKY schools, please use TEAM MANAGER or TM LITE to send us your entries. OR ONLINE ENTRY IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE MILESPLIT WEBSITE. Email me and I will send you the online entry instructions. If you cant make it work, contact us. We have posted an electronic event file on the KTCCCA web page. Please try to use the PAPER ENTRY AS A LAST RESORT. ***
A maximum of four events per athlete. You may enter two individuals in all field and running events.
One relay team per school. No unattached athletes will be allowed to participate, all teams must have a coach or sponsor from their school, and all KHSAA rules will be enforced. Scratches must be finalized by Thursday, March 27. NO ADDITIONS WILL BE PERMITTED THE DAY OF THE MEET!

Mike Brame Outstanding Athlete Award presented to a male athlete based on total points, meet records, or a combination of both.
Adriane Diamond-Travis Outstanding Athlete Award presented to a female athlete based on total points, meet records, or a combination of both.
Howard S. Reeves Outstanding Distance Runner Award presented to the the outstanding distance
runner of the meet based on points, outstanding times, etc.
Admission: Student $2.00 Adult $5.00
Miscellaneous: Concessions and t-shirts will be available.
The referee will enforce all rules of the KHSAA specifically regarding uniforms, jewelry and sportsmanlike conduct. The meet will be sanctioned for the border states of Kentucky, to include: Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. A special state high school sanction has been obtained for schools from Tennessee.
