Meet Information
The Henry Clay Cross Country team would like to invite you and your team to the Henry Clay Cross Country Invitational, Saturday, August 31, 2013. This race will be held at Masterson Station Park on Leestown Road in Lexington, KY. Due to the early date in the season, the Varsity Races will be held in the middle of the events.
Schedule of Races:

9:00 AM Girls Middle School 4km run $35/team
9:30 AM Boys Middle School 4km mile run $35/team
10:00 AM Girls Varsity 5km run $45/team
10:40 AM Boys Varsity 5km run $45/team
11:20 AM Girls and Boys Reserve 5km run $40/team
Schools that do not have enough to run a team may pay for individuals. Individual runners are $5 per person. Reserve prices are per team.
There is no limit on the number of runners in the middle school and reserve races. A Varsity Team is made up of seven runners.
AWARDS:
Team Trophies will be given to the first and second place teams. Individual winners will receive a trophy, 2-10 will receive medals, and 11-25 will receive ribbons in each race.
Entrance to the Park: $3 per adult/ $2 per student/ Children under 5 are free/Special carload special of $5. Please stress to your parents the importance of paying attention to the signs when parking. XC parking will be on the first road that goes to the left.
Restrooms are available
A concession stand will be available
T-shirts will be sold.
Leslie Smith will be the hy-tek operator. Team rosters should be sent to her by August 24. 2013. Entries sent after that date will incur a $10 late fee. Her e-mail is: smithwl57@roadrunner.com

Please email Coach Steven Riley if you are planning on coming by Aug 24 if possible with an approximate number of runners to help with coordination of the meet.
