6th & under $45.00 Early Entry Fee per team/up to 15$10.00
Middle School $45.00 Early Entry Fee per team/up to 15 $10.00
JR Varsity $50.00 Early Entry Fee/up to 10 on team $10.00
Varsity $55.00 Early Entry Fee/ up to 7 on team $10.00
Deadlines:
New for 2013- Early Entry Fee deadline is September 10, 2013 (post mark). The Entry Fee after September 10 (till September 17) will be the following:
6th grade & under $60 per team per team/up to 15 $15.00
Middle School $60 per team per team/up to 15 $15.00
JR Varsity $75 per team per team/up to 10 on team $15.00
Varsity $80 per team per team/up to 7 on team $15.00
Rules:
You may run 10 in the JV race; however, you must enter a varsity team in order to enter a JV team. Middle School & 6th grade and under teams can enter up to 15 athletes (if a school has additional athletes please contact Robin Lawhorn). For team scoring, middle school and 6th & under teams must be school teams.

Important for Coaches Items to Review:
All entries MUST be done on Hytek Team Manager or Team Manager Lite. No paper or faxed entries will be accepted. The Event file will be available on the list-serve, at www.ktccca.org, or contact sarrettl@aol.com. Only Team Manager Entry files will be accepted. Do not send roster files as we are using bib numbers and do not want to prepare 60++ bibs when you only bring a team of seven.
E-mail your entries to Linda Sarrett at linda.sarrett@henry.kyschools.us and sarrettl@aol.com by Tuesday September 17 by 12 pm. Also, please e-mail robin.lawhorn@franklin.kyschools.us with races you plan to enter and how many runners you will have in each race.
To compete in this event athletes must race with the school team they attend (per KHSAA guidelines)
There will be an admission fee for spectators. Please inform your runners parents of this. This fee helps us pay for the use of the Horse Park. This year we will charge $5.00 per person.
