The KYtrackXC.com 5K Showdown went down tonight at Christian Academy in Louisville as part of the Harry Grescel Invitational. Luckily this year the meet did not have any thunderstorms like last.

The 2nd Annual KYtrackXC.com 5K Showdown will take place Friday night at Christian Academy in Louisville as part of the Harry Greschel Invitational. There will be three races with the Heat B of the Boys competition starting at 7 PM, followed by the lone girls heat at 7:30 PM, and Heat A of the Boys at 8 PM. **** ADMISSION IS FREE, COME OUT AND SEE SOME OF THE FASTEST TIMES IN THE NATION FOR THE 5K ****

The races will take place on Friday, March 22nd. The PR's of the runners below right away show you the potential of these races. **** I WILL STILL ACCEPT RUNNERS WITH PR'S BELOW 16:30 BOYS/20:00 GIRLS**** Email: kytrackxc@gmail.com if interested (your coach must enter you in the meet) This meet will count toward your season meet allotment as the Harry Greschel Invitational. If your team is not attending the rest of the Harry Greschel Invitational on Saturday, the cost is $10 per runner for the KYtrackXC.com 5K Showdown.
