"21st ANNUAL DRAGON INVITATIONAL"
Dear Coach/AD:
The coaching staff of South Oldham High School would like to invite you and your team to the Twenty-first annual Dragon Invitational, Saturday, October 13, 2012. The meet format will be identical to last year except for the 3K and 4K races which will only finish on the track. The races are looped in such a way to provide multiple opportunities for the spectators to see the athletes from the grand stands, and the races will conclude with the girls varsity 5K finishing around sunset (7:07pm). The course will provide variation of hills and faster flat sections. Live updates will be announced via the PA system at the Oldham County High School football field. Each team will be allowed to enter ten athletes on the boys and girls varsity roster, while there is no limit on the team size for the boys and girls high school JV entries.

Awards Presentation after each division finishes as soon as results are available.
Varsity teams are limited to 10 runners per team. Multiple team entries are permitted for an additional team fee per team.
A Reserve team can consist of an unlimited number of runners as long as a varsity team is fielded.
The top five (5) will be scored and in case of a tie, we will go to the sixth(6th) runner in all divisions.
Elementary and Middle School races will be conducted following the age divisions of the meet of champions.

$40.00 Boys Middle School $40.00 Girls Middle School $6.00 Individual runner
$40.00 Boys Elementary $40.00 Girls Elementary $5.00 Individual runner
Middle School and Elementary teams are unlimited. Multiple team entries are permitted for an additional team fee per team.
NOTE: A TEAM CONSISTS OF 5 RUNNERS. A TEAM WITH LESS WILL BE CONSIDERED INDIVIDUALS.
Hytek: We will use Hytek for entries. Please send in your events file to fmiklavcic@aol.com. You can download the event file into your team manager from the website, www.ktccca.org, under cross country schedule or you may request the file by email by sending your request to stanrunner@aol.com. If you do not have team manager, please email your roster to stanrunner@aol.com or mail it with your entry fee to the school and we will add it.
