This Week's Nominees:
Macy Wartman, Highlands (Kentucky): Jumped 28-3 to win the long jump at the NKAC Division I Championships, clearing the field by a significant margin in a 12-athlete competition.
DeMyiah Allen, Russellville (Kentucky): Put up a winning throw of 46-1 in the shot put at the Dragon Invitational, taking first place in a field of 12 competitors.
Addison Moore, Woodford County (Kentucky): Clocked 2:09.77 to capture the 800 meters title at the CKC Championship, pulling away from a competitive 17-runner field.
Germani Crosby, Lincoln County (Kentucky): Turned in a dominant throwing performance at the Pulaski Randy Elmore Invitational, winning the discus with a mark of 140-8. She also took first in the shot put with a throw of 37-8.75.
Clara Warrick, Oldham County (Kentucky): Ran 56.59 to win the 400 meters at the Oldham County Sundown, holding off a large field of 26 runners for the victory.
