 Justin House is a senior at Apollo High School in Owensboro.  He has been one of the best runners in Kentucky since his freshmen year when he finished 4th at the Class AAA  Kentucky State XC Championship.  His junior track season was unfortunately cut short by a foot injury.  He is back for his senior year ready to go back to the top.

 

 

KYtrackXC: Let's talk injury first, What injury shut down your 2010 track season?

 

JH: The injury that shut down my 2010 track season was the infamous stress fracture. It was located in my foot but wasn't too bad and it’s just part of the sport. Luckily it healed up just in time for cross country so I should be ready to roll at the 6k relay although there is still a lot of work to do.


KYtrackXC: What colleges are you looking at?

 

JH: As far as colleges go, I am still clueless about where I'd like to go. There are many possibilities so I am just going to see what offers come my way and go from there.
