It is amazing how much the talent in Kentucky running has grown since the beginning of KYtrackXC.com in 2005. The button list is the 1600m from 2005 with 3 girls totaling running sub 5:15 for the whole season. Last night at the AOC Distance Night hosted by Assumption, there were 7 in one race alone including 3 that went sub 5. The site was 6 years old before Kentucky had a sub 5 runner when Sacred Heart's Emma Brink pulled off a 4:52.77 as a junior in 2010.
