The 17th annual DeSales Cross Country Invitational will be held at McNeely Lake Park on Saturday. nearly 50 schools (20 high schools) and over 1000 runners are scheduled to run during the day that begins at 9:45AM. The Varsity girls will run at 1:45 and Varsity boys at 2:30.
In the Varsity girls race the Top teams will be #4 Spencer Co and Class A #8 Collegiate. With John Hardin's Maggie Mattingly and Spencer Co's Charliann Garcia leading the way.
In the Varsity boys race Class AAA #5 Trinity and Class AA #2 North Oldham should battle it out. Dominic Perronie of Holy Cross, Colin Grandon of North Oldham and Jake Wildenman should lead the way for the boys.
