KY Milesplit Madness: St. Xavier vs Desales

Let's be honest...it's going to be nearly impossible to take down the boys of (#3) St. Xavier in this tournament when you look at their roster of returners. After losing a good bit of their state champion talent to the 2019 graduating class, they still bring back a crazy talented group of guys. One guy we need to note for (#30) Desales though is Lance Roark. Lance came into the 2A State meet last year as the underdog to Marquise Kinley in the Long Jump and came out on top at the end of the day and claim his first state title!

SIDE NOTE: For those reading who come from public schools, I know you most likely despise when we talk about St. Xavier and Trinity and I get it, I went to Eastern and couldn't stand them when I was in high school. Truth is, they're just really good, and love them or hate them, you have to tip your hat.
