The 2010's saw some of the fastest girls to ever step foot on a Kentucky XC course including the state record holder Gabby Karas as she put on a show at the Foot Locker South Regionals back in 2014, rolling on to a 9th place showing at Nationals.
The ladies of the past decade have indeed put up some ridiculous numbers as we find 8 of the top 10, and 17 of the top 20 performances ALL TIME coming whithin that span.
To put that all in perspective, the dominance of Ciara O'Shea over the past two years only finds her at #14 on the decade performance list.
