    WE'RE BACK!! Workout Wednesday makes its long awaited return on the Kentucky scene as I head up to Louisville, KY. Ranked as the Preseason #1 Girls Team in the state by a considerable margin, led by head coach Tim Holman, the ladies of duPont Manual look to make it back to the top after a tough 2018 state meet. They return all of their top 7 and add 2 new Freshmen, Jessica Secor and Mary Kathryn French, who could crack the team top 5 early in the season. 
 
  The Iroquois Park hill is one to be reckoned with and many of the top runners to ever come through Kentucky have trudged up this hill plenty of times as you can see at the 7 second mark. As the season approaches, Coach Holman uses this brutal 1.5 mile incline to his advantage making his teams some of the best in Kentucky year in and year out.
