As one of the few Seniors in this top 10, Howard will be looking to assert her seniority this season and be in contention for a number of big races. Her PR came very early in the season, but held steady throughout and came back to run some of her faster times consistently throughout championship season. Keep an eye on her to be a contender throughout the season as she enters her final year of cross country for the Tomcats.
