What if we had a state meet that did not have the class system? Better yet, what if we competed as the 7 regions at the state meet? Well which region would you say is the strongest?
Before you look, think about which area of the state would have the best team score if you took the best runner from all classes combined for the each region. For example, Keeton Thornsberry of class A Holy Cross (Louisville) and Nick Geary of class AAA duPont Manual would be competing for the same team (Region 3). Or on the ladies side, Jenna Strange of class AAA Tates Creek would be on the same team as Paige Decker of class AA Mason County (Region 6).
