What was your most memorable meet and why?
My most memorable meet was Conference because it was the first and only time I ran sub-17.
Where did you face your biggest competition?
I faced my biggest competition every day in practice with Seth and Ben pushing me
Out of all of your high school accomplishments which stands out the most and why?
I was always able to stay consistent, through the good days and bad.
If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
I wouldn't change anything. I loved every bit of it.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
The most difficult thing was trying to keep a good diet.
What will you miss the most?
I will miss my teammates the most. It's been a long and enjoyable 4 years.
Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
You're going to have to train even harder and never give up if you're not improving. Stay patient.
What are your post-high school or college plans?
I plan to compete collegiately in track and cross country. I have not yet decided on a major or career.
Who would you like to say thank you to?
I would like to thank the guys' and girls' teams, any past teammates, all the parents, my parents, and all of my coaches. I could not have done it without you. I love each of you and wish you all the best in your futures.
