Zoe Yeast started off her high school career with a state championship in the discus and shot put. She is right on track to repeat. Her next closest returning competitor is 12 feet behind with Joza Mikulcik of Calloway County. However the class AAA race is very tight! The best thrower comes from North Hardin with Brianna Laws as she took the 2017 discus class AAA title. Junior Amareea Saunders of Tates Creek is right there. After a disappointing 7th place finish at state, Amareea has the ability to challenge Laws for the class AAA title.
