What was your most memorable meet and why?

My most memorable meet was at the Horse Park during my junior year. I accidentally stepped on the back of a girls shoe and pulled it off. I felt bad but I'll always remember it.

Where did you face your biggest competition?

I feel like my biggest competition was at the Regional Track meet last year. We all wanted to go to State and we needed to really prove ourselves.

Out of all of your high school accomplishments which stands out the most and why?

Going to State in both Cross Country and Track have been the accomplishments that stand out to me the most. In both I feel like we all came together as a team and achieved our dreams. I also feel like we proved ourselves.

If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?

If I could do it all over again I would defiantly start running earlier. I have made friendships and memories that I could have enjoyed longer if I started running earlier.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

My most difficult obstacle was probably myself. I am a shy person and I feel in the past few years I've really overcome that. With running its helped me become more outgoing.

What will you miss the most?

I will miss the team the most. Without them I will get fat because I will no longer have them to run with.

Do you have any advice for younger athletes?

My advice for younger athletes is to have fun, make friends, and be happy for other athlete's success.

What are your post-highschool or college plans?

Attend college and go into pre-med hoping to become a forensic pathologist.

Who would you like to say thank you to?

My mom and dad, my coaches, Lana Del Ray, my teachers, my friends, my teammates, and my cat Waylon.
