Former Bell County runner James Brown, now running for the University of Kentucky placed 3rd in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase Saturday in the Pepsi Team Invitational at the University of Oregon. Video of this race is quickly spreading its way around the internet because of 2nd place finisher, Tanguy Pepiot's early winning celebration as he was passed at the line by winner Meron Simon. This video has been on ESPN and most major sports media outlets. All the while who is in the background following right behind them at the finish, that is right Kentucky's own James Brown.
