Two-Time Class A State XC Champion Meagan Smith (Danville) won the 17-18 Yr Old AAU XC Championship on Saturday to lead a dominate Kentucky regiment in Georgia. She went sub 19 with a time of 18:57 to win for the club team, Kentucky Elite.
Derby City Athletic Club out of Louisville dominated the team titles winning the Girls 15-18, 13-14, 11-12 along with the boys 9-10 age groups. Their biggest win came in the 15-18 group where they had five runners in the top 9 overall.
