Lafayette Sophomore and UK Football/Track Commit Landon Young finished as the National Runner-Up in the 15-16 Age Group in the Shot Put at the USATF National Junior Outdoor Championship in North Carolina. The Kentucky Class AAA State Discus Runner-Up blasted a big PR of 53-03.50. It came on his third throw of the day.
Young, who committed to the University of Kentucky for Football & Track in early June will compete in the 15-16 Yr Old Discus today.
