Glad to hear he is still coaching. My daughter started running xc this year. I did not get to run into him during the season, but hope to during the track season. Don't get jacked (does he still say that all the time?).

I believe your coach was my coach back in the 80's at Fort Thomas Highlands. If it is the same coach you are very lucky, because he was a great guy and a great coach. I have alot of good memories running for him. If you can, tell him the people from Fort Thomas say hello.
