After a couple of tough seasons Men's Track and Field become the runner-up in the Mid-South Conference Championships. About Our Team

NAIA Institution with Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor programs competing as a full member in the Mid-South Conference.

The women's Cross Country program has held the highest GPA of any sports program representing Lindsey Wilson College the past nine years straight. We have also achieved Mid-South Conference Championship status two of seven years.

2012 NAIA Cross Country National Championships Report:
Sharon Ronoh finished as Runner-up out of 320 female student-athletes with a time of 17:20, her second fastest 5k cross country time. Sophie Tonneau raced in her first national championship and finished 78th with a time of 19:13. On the men't side, John Paul, "JP", finihed 220 of 309 with a time of 27:20. Even though JP ran with a hamstring injury he suffered before the conference championship, he ran with oustanding courage throughout the race.

2012 Lindsey Wilson women finished 15 of 63 team at the NAIA outdoor national championships, making it the highest finish in school history. The men finished 45 of 63 with two scoring athletes Roberto and Ricardo Vergara in the 5k racewalk. Takudzwa Mhlanga also participated in the 110m hurdles, but didn't score.

Twelve school records were broken in 2012 between cross country, indoor and outdoor season

2011 Lindsey Wilson finished 20th in the nation at the NAIA outdoor national championships. Three school records were broken: Sharon Ronoh 4th in the 10k (35:37.41) and 5th in the 5k (17:20.10)runs achieved All-American status with both performances, Ricardo Vergara in the 5k race walk (22:39.91) also became an All-American. Chelsea Conway rounded out our All-Americans with a 6th place finish in the women's race walk.
