The Green County boys track & field squad won the 2014 Class A Region 3 T&F Championship. The team went on to another podium finish at state by placing 4th place at the KHSAA Class A State T&F Championship.
The Green County boys cross country team placed 3rd at the state cross country meet on November 9, 2013 coming off their regional championship one week earlier.
The boys track & field team finished 3rd at the 2013 state track & field championship. This marked the highest finish in the history of the program.
Dakota Westmoreland and Evan Jaggers both captured state titles at the 2013 Class A State Track & Field Championship. Dakota won the shot competition along with the discus competition. About Our Team
Green County is a small public school located in Greensburg, KY. It participates in the Class A division of the KHSAA. It has a rich tradition of running culminated with a state cross country title in 1998. There have been numerous individual state champions in track & field, most recently with Evan Jaggers (LJ & TJ) & Andrew Hedgespeth (Shot) in 2014.
