Arlinghaus, a senior at Holy Cross (Covington) has committed to run at Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.

We are a year round training team. We set high goals every year and always expect to achieve them. We consider everyone on our team as family. We spend 6 days a week together and experience everything a family would together.

Alright, Holy Cross. We started out our year shattering a point record of this millenium. This was without 3 relays, a missing Distance Phenom Trey Hemmer, and Michael Herald ran in the 4x4. Notable performances were a scoring duo in Josh Robinson/Jamie Marsh in the 800, slacker Nick Jehn running a time placing him 8th in Class A State. Taylor Bergman also led an outstanding hurdle team with another 8th statewide time. The 4x4 team also placed well, 8th in the state, with only one and a half runners returning from last years team. We're showing more potential than we ever have. No longer will Holy Cross be the team with one good relay team, 2 good sprinters, or a good distance runner. We have become a force to be reckoned with.
