The Rebellion Cross Country Classic & KTCCCA Area 3 Championships Entry Form
The Rebellion Cross Country Classic in conjunction with the KTCCCA Area 3 Elementary & Middle School Championships return for 2018! We look forward to hosting you in our historic invitational and championships at Charlie Vettiner Park in Louisville, Ky. on October 13, 2018! If you are a Louisville Elementary or Middle School team, please make sure you register for both events.
AWARDS: The top two teams will be awarded a trophy for the Invitational divisions. The individual Champion of the Invitational race will receive a trophy as well. Medals will also be awarded to the Top 20 competitors in the Championship and Top 10 in Open division races. Awards will be distributed after the division's final race.
TEAM FEES: The invitational and championship raceswill be limited to 10 runners. The Open Races are unlimited to the number ofrunners as long as your team is entered in an invitational race; if you do nothave a team entered in one of the invitational races, you must pay theindividual fee for each*. Boys and Girls teams will be charged separately.
HS Invite: $50 / 10 Runners - $10 / Ind.Runner (up to 5)
HS Open: $50 / Unlimited Runners - $10 / Ind. Runner (up to 5*)
MS Invite: $45 / 10 Runners - $9 / Ind. Runner (up to 5)
MS Open: $45 / Unlimited Runners - $9 / Ind. Runner (up to 5*)
6th & Under Invite: $40 / 10 Runners - $8/ Ind. Runner (up to 5)
6th & Under Open: $40 / Unlimited Runners - $8 / Ind. Runner (up to 5*)
4th & Under Invite: $40 / 10 Runners - $8/ Ind. Runner (up to 5)
4th & Under Open: $40 / Unlimited Runners - $8 / Ind. Runner (up to 5*)
If you are participating in the KTCCCA Area 3 Elementary & Middle SchoolChampionships, you will need to add $10 per division and gender.For example, if you are registering Boys and Girls in the Middle Schooldivisions, you would be charged $20. If you have entries in all threedivisions, the extra fee to be charged is $60 total. All extra fees in addition to those of The Rebellion Cross Country Classic are directedtoward the awards and fees that will be associated with the KTCCCA Area 3 Elementary & Middle SchoolChampionships.
SCHEDULE:The following schedule will be used for the invitational and open races. If by chance an opportunity arises to move the schedule up during the meet, all coaches will be consulted.

TENT CITY:The tent area will be around the start/finish lines and course. Be conscious about the course when setting up your team area. The areas for tents will be marked on the maps.
ADMISSIONS/T-SHIRTS:More information to come regarding admission and t-shirts.
RESTROOMS:We will have restrooms available; more information will be provided in the packet.
COACHES MEETING:There will not be a coaches meeting prior to the race; packets will be available for pickup at the gazebo area and any questions can be directed to a meet director.
RACE MAPS:Each race map will be sent out and uploaded as we are closer to the meet.
