2017 Grant County Last Chance Invite Meet
Grant County High School proudly invites you to the Grant County Last Chance Invite to be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Sherman Elementary.
Entries will be done on Milesplit. Entry deadline is 10pm Tuesday, October 17.
The schedule will be a rolling schedule as follows (times shown are estimates only):
5:00 p.m. Mixed Middle School Boys & Girls Race (3,200M)
5:30 p.m. Varsity Girls Race (5,000M)
6:05 p.m. Varsity Boys Race (5,000M)
Awards: Team Awards to top 2 places in both divisions. Individual awards as follows:
MS Division - Top 5 special award & medals 6th - 20th
Varsity Division - Top 5 special award & medals 6th - 30th.
Entry Fee - $35 for each Middle School Team and $45 for each Varsity Team. Boys & girls count as separate teams. $150 catch all fee. $10 individual fee for any race. Make checks to "Grant County Cross Country" .
There will be concessions for sale. T-shirts leftover from our main invitational will be available for $5.
Admission fee of $5 per car will be charged to help offset some of the meet expenses.
Please return the enclosed form to confirm your participation. Tentatively, we have set the limit to 15 full teams for each event.

NOTE: Please remind your athletes that spikes are not to be worn inside the school
DIRECTIONS: If you are coming from the north, take I-75 to the Crittenden exit. Turn left and continue to the stop sign. Turn right onto south U.S. 25 and travel approximately 4 miles. The school entrance is on the right- look for the signs. Coming from the south take the Crittenden exit, turn right and follow the directions underlined above.
