Entries
Entries will be done online at ky.milesplit.com.
Varsity runners must be part of a KHSAA member school. All runners must be entered and accompanied by a coach in order to compete. (This is not a road race; parents are not allowed to enter their child.)
Entries are due October 20 by 5:00 central time.
Entries are unlimited. However if you want to enter extra team,s i.e. B, C teams, you will have to pay another entry fee.
Entry Fees. Make check to Warren East Cross Country
Elementary $30/team, $10 individual
Middle School $40/team, $10 individual
Varsity $60/team, $10 individual

Awards
Top 3 teams receive a trophy.
Top 15 runners receive a medal. These will be handed out in the finish chute.
PARKING
There will be bus parking available at Ephram White Park. When you enter the park there will be a gravel path to your left. That path has a Y in it. Take the right side and follow the gravel road to the back of the park where you will see barns and other buildings. You will park to the left side of the gravel path. Car parking will be in the grass behind the ball fields.
DIRECTIONS
From I-65 Take the Bowling Green Exit #28. Continue Straight past the Corvette Plant and Museum. Turn Right (north) at the intersection of 31W(Louisville Rd, KY-80 E/US-68 E) Drive 3 miles north to Warren East High School (on left.) Turn left beside the school at SR- 526 (Minute Mart on corner.) At the Y in the road go left. The park will be on your left.
