We at Fairdale and Jeffersontown are proud to host the 1sth annual Spring Fling Invitational on Saturday, March 24th, 2012. We are glad you have chosen to compete with us.
Fairdale has an EIGHT LANE rubberized track with excellent field facilities, plenty of tent space and ample parking for buses and fans. Competition will include all events except the Pole Vault. We have separate triple and long jump pits. Fairdale High School is located at 1001 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, Ky. 40118.
The entry fee is $65.00 per team. Checks should be made to: Jeffersontown High School Track and Field. An electronic meet event file will be post by Paul Wise. All entries need to be sent using Hytek.
The entry deadline is March 16th. The meet manager is Paul Wise
Starting time is 9:45 A.M. for field events and 10:00 A.M. for the running events. A coaches meeting will begin at 9:30 A.M. and each school should have a representative present.
Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd and ribbons for 4th-6th.
1st and 2nd place team trophies will be awarded
A typical order of events will follow a rolling schedule.
Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1...
Concessions with the works will be open throughout the meet. Restrooms are on the site. Locker rooms are not available.
The gate fee will be $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children not participating.
