In the Varsity Girls race the individual race is top heavy with a field full of ranked runners. Paducah Tilghman sophomore Aleja Grant, #2 is the favorite and she start fast. Muhlenberg County's Alliah Fueller and Lindsey Mathis. Watch out for a dark horse like Caroline Haas of South Warren or the Smith sisters from Edmonson.
The Varsity Boys race is led by Muhlenberg County's Chase Geary. The #4 ranked runner in Class AAA won this same race last year with a 16:40 beating the crowd by 31 seconds.
