Chase Geary is a sophomore at Muhlenberg County High School. He is currently ranked #5 in the KYtrackXC.com Class AAA Top 20 after his victory at the Madisonville North Hopkins Invitational last Saturday. KY: 3 Goals for the Year
CG: My three goals for this year would be to run under sixteen minutes by Greater Louisville Classic (October 1, 2011), to improve the time of the third mile in my 5k race, and finish top 5 in the State Meet.

CG: My favorite workout would have to be a 400m repeat workout because I feel like it helps me with my kick in my races.
